Amber is a Munich style lager brewed with crystal malt and Perle hops. It
has a smooth, malty, slightly caramel flavor and a rich amber color. Abita
Amber is the flagship beer offered by the brewery and continues to be the
Abita Andygator®, a creature of the swamp, is a unique, high-gravity brew made with pale malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Unlike other high-gravity brews, Andygator® is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma.
Our Christmas Ale is an American style
Brown Ale. This seasonal brew is brewed
with a combination of malts including
pale, caramel, chocolate, roasted,
wheat, and rye as well as whole oats. It
is hopped with Willamette and Columbus
hops and has a good hop flavor and
aroma. Its spicy character is excellent
with traditional holiday foods such as
gingerbread or spiced nuts.
Abita Grapefruit Harvest is a brilliant
golden I.P.A. with a subtle zest of
grapefruit flavor and aroma that enhances
the strong hop character. This fresh,
thirst-quenching brew is made with real
Louisiana Ruby-Red grapefruit peel, pale,
pilsner, wheat and caramel malts and
Jockamo I.P.A. is a traditional India Pale Ale made with British pale and light crystal malts that give the beer a bright color and malty flavor. This full-flavored beer is hopped and dry hopped liberally with Willamette and Columbus hops from the Pacific Northwest and has a 6.5% A.B.V. The spicy and bitter aroma of the hops contrasts nicely with the pleasant sweetness of the malts
Abita Mardi Gras is made with a blend of pale caramel, and aromatic
malts. This gives the beer a bright red color and strong malty flavor. This
blend of malts and the ale yeast give the beer a slightly fruity and nutty
characteristic. The beer is hopped with Cascade hops to give a citrus and
piney hop flavor and aroma. This blends well with the malts to give the
beer a very balanced taste.

Abita Octoberfest (September – November) is a German style lager. This full bodied malty lager has a copper color and is hopped and dry hopped with German Hallertau hops giving it a pleasant, spicy hop aroma that's just right for the season.
Abita Pecan® Harvest Ale is brewed with pale, Munich, biscuit and caramel malts and Willamette hops. Real Louisiana roasted pecans are added in the brewhouse and give the ale a subtle nutty flavor and aroma.
Purple Haze is a crisp, American-style wheat beer with raspberry puree added after filteration. The raspberries provide the lager with a subtle purple coloration and haze, a fruity aroma, and a tartly sweet taste.
Abita Seersucker Summer Pils is a traditional pilsner with a full bodied malt flavor, hop bitterness and a light golden color. It is made with pilsner and carapils malts, hopped with German Tradition and Spalt hops.
Spring IPA is a West Coast-style IPA with an up-front intense hop flavor and aroma. Amarillo and Centennial hops give the brew a rich and resinous flavor of citrus and spice. This bright pale ale has a malt sweetness that will give way to a pleasant bitterness.
Abita Strawberry Harvest is a lager brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. Real Louisiana strawberry juice is added after filtration resulting in a crisp lager with a sweet strawberry flavor, aroma and haze.
