Lucky Monk restaurant and brewpub was named after Trappist monks who spent centuries perfecting the craft of beer making. Their brewmaster constantly experiments with new seasonal beers in addition to brewing their classic ales and lagers in their 10- bbl Brewhouse. Quality ingredients are key to a great brew and that’s why they have their water brought directly to them from a private well. They’ve also searched the world over and found the barleys and hops they think are just right for their beers.
