Town & Country – Employee Health & Benefits

Our Focus

Town and Country Distributors was established in April 1953. At that time, Town & Country’s delivery area consisted only of small towns and vast areas of open, undeveloped land. Accounts were few and far between with limited potential for package placements. Since that time, our business territory and sales volumes have changed dramatically, while our business model and work environment has remained consistent.

Here at Town & Country we are salespeople first - no matter what job function we perform. Without a strong "selling" effort our products would go nowhere, our profits would disappear, and we would not be able to compete. Remember, selling is not just talking to our accounts about our products - selling is the handling of our products properly in the loading process. Selling includes good administration and sound management as well. All of our efforts should be governed by one overriding principle - "Good Salesmanship."

Town & Country maintains an open-door policy with an emphasis towards constantly improving our organization and welcoming ideas that support our goals.
